Yes, someone 18 or older should be present for the full appointment so I can confirm placement and get sign-off when the job is done.

Life happens. Just reschedule through the confirmation email link at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll find a new time that works.

Always. I arrive fully equipped for any assembly job — you don’t need to provide anything.

Sometimes! Same-day slots are limited, so reach out as early in the day as possible to check availability. There’s a small same-day fee of $25
